I would recommend Body & Brain for anyone who prefers feeling good about themselves, their lives, and the world around them. Each practice offered by Body & Brain has helped me shift more profoundly into alignment with a certain flow that I am just getting acquainted with.
The Masters have a lot of knowledge and are extremely generous with sharing what they know, yet also encourage you to be accountable in your growth. I am extremely grateful for all that I have experienced so far, such as the Finding True Self workshop and AM & PM Meditation sessions, and am looking forward to discovering more as I continue my practice.
The studio at White Plain is a perfect place for private sessions for Tai Chi, Qigong and energy healing. It is a very calm, clean and beautiful studio....perfect for private one-on-one training.
I work with Master Susan Toms there. She has taught me to think in terms of "not what I can't do, but how I can do things differently". This positive spin and tailored Tai Chi has made the recovery from my knee replacement fantastic. I am less stressed, more independent and happier.
I highly recommend participating there.
Susan is really a gem to work with! I've had several energy healing and Qi Gong sessions with Susan and look forward to many more! I was dealing with a very difficult time in my life, with a recent divorce and being the primary caregiver of an ill parent, and Susan's sessions left me feeling a whole lot lighter, completely relaxed, and in a more positive state of mind. Susan is such a kind soul and compassionate healer. I highly recommend seeing Susan especially if you are going through a stressful period or have experienced emotional trauma and/or heartbreak in your life. I had such a positive and uplifting experience with Susan. It was definitely worth it for me!

I have been going for almost ten years and can say that as a woman over 60, I have little pain and can move easily. I attribute this to the classes I participate in.
Healing sessions are also available that help align the body to what it needs. The Masters are excellent at what they do
About 2 weeks after starting yoga and taking finding true self workshop I had decided to take 10 healing session from master Bama and I am a new person now. She is a true healer unlike any other. I felt my heart opened up after the healing sessions and felt ready for new challenges. Highly recommend her.
